As part of the pre-opening team for two luxury properties in Zanzibar, we have encountered a wide array of challenges and triumphs. Our responsibilities have encompassed establishing booking channels and listings, crafting compelling content, implementing effective marketing strategies, and overseeing the recruitment and training of our entire staff. Transparent and fair commission rates that prioritize villa owner's profit.
Our pricing model prioritizes the benefit and profit of each unit owner. The management fee covers the salaries of required staff, with a small commission remaining as profit for Hard Launch Hospitality.
Convenient and accessible e-butler concierge service.
Our concierge will be the one to check you in and out of your unit, but also be conveniently accessible on WhatsApp during the hours of 9am - 6pm. Throughout our experience in luxury hotels we have found WhatsApp is the preferred means of communication. This also helps with any language barriers of renters/guests as translating text is easy.
Our E-Butler/Concierge will also help with the following:

Scheduling of private chef hire on request
Guest communication from pre-booking, during stay, and post-stay.
Pre-Booking: We will communicate with guests via their desired booking channel or direct messaging, answering any questions and helping them to arrange and book their stay.
During Stay: Our E-Butler with our support will be in constant communication with guests and assist with the services as mentioned prior.
Post-Stay: We will keep in communication with guests to ensure positive reviews (which will lead to more enhanced visibility of the property and therefore more bookings) and foster guest loyalty and a positive relationship for future travel and referrals.
Digital marketing.
Content Creation: Hard Launch Hospitality will hire photographers and videographers to capture high quality visual content for booking channel profiles.
We will utilize social media as our main form of marketing. We will organize hosting of influencers and content creators in exchange for unique, engaging, scroll-stopping UGC (user generated content) where there are gaps in bookings.
Using a mix of organic engagement through social media trends; and paid ads focusing on reaching target markets of tourists who visit Zanzibar, we know how to get everyone talking about your property.
Vetting and hiring of housekeeping, maintenance and security staff.
We will utilize our database of trusted, skilled local talent to hire staff with experience working in 5-star luxury properties. This will ensure service standards across the board; with staff who understand the importance of high-quality, efficient work and maintenance of your unit; while respecting guest privacy.
Booking channel and rate set up.
With 10+ years experience in hotels around the world; Nadir is a pro at setting dynamic rates.
Dynamic rates are rates that change depending on season and demand; allowing for maximum profit even during the slower tourism season.
Market competition surveys and benchmarking will be carried out; which is key to having the correct selling price value of the villas in place.
Last minute and additional revenue strategies will be implemented and modified based on demand or if there are any gaps in between bookings.
Unit owners are encouraged to bring in their choice of design and amenity aspects.
Each unit will be evaluated with their individual furniture/decor and styles along with amenities so as to ensure price parity amongst all similar units.
We will prioritize direct bookings to avoid commission fees and taxes; but of course still give the option of booking through preferred online platforms.
